As part of the efforts of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to strengthen its energy industry, Executive Vice President and Minister of Oil, Delcy Rodríguez, recently met with the president of Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortakligi (TPAO).

 This meeting is part of the agreements signed by Presidents Nicolás Maduro and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and aimed to explore new opportunities for cooperation in the areas of oil and gas.

The bilateral relationship between Venezuela and Türkey has reached a high level, supported by a cooperation framework that encompasses various areas of mutual interest and reciprocal benefits for both peoples.

 This solid strategic alliance is complemented by the potentialities of each country: Venezuela has the largest proven hydrocarbon reserves in the world, while Türkey stands out for its remarkable industrial, scientific, and technological development.

The strengthening of this energy collaboration not only seeks to enhance the production and export of hydrocarbon resources but also aims to contribute to sustainable development and the diversification of the economies of both nations.

The meeting between Rodríguez and the representatives of TPAO is a significant step towards consolidating this strategic alliance, which promises to bring long-term benefits for both countries.
